What Will Learning Include?
This training is designed for an intermediate audience. Participants should already be familiar with foundational concepts related to Selective Mutism, such as the avoidance cycle, stimulus fading, core intervention approaches, and initial steps for school accommodation planning. These foundational topics are covered in Dr. Kotrba's book, and through free video trainings available on the Thriving Mind Behavioral Health website.

Our time together will be devoted to an in-depth exploration of Selective Mutism, with an emphasis on thoughtful, individualized planning tailored to your child’s unique needs and goals.
