Terms & Conditions

Nature of the Retreat: Educational and Consultative Only


I acknowledge that the Retreat is intended solely as an educational, consultative, and relationship-building experience for parents of children with anxiety. I understand and agree that: (a) no psychological, medical, or other health-care treatment will be provided; (b) no provider-patient or therapist-client relationship is created or intended; (c) any information shared by Thriving Minds Publishing (TMP) staff, facilitators, or other participants is for general educational purposes and is not individualized treatment advice; and (d) I remain fully responsible for seeking my own personal or family treatment from a qualified provider as needed.

Confidentiality Obligations


I agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all personal, sensitive, or identifying information (“Confidential Information”) disclosed by any Retreat participant, facilitator, or TMP representative. I will not record, photograph, video, livestream, publish, post, quote, or otherwise disclose, disseminate, or use such Confidential Information in any form without the express written consent of the individual whose information is involved and, if applicable, TMP. I understand that this obligation survives the conclusion of the Retreat indefinitely and that a breach may cause irreparable harm. Nothing in this section precludes me from disclosing information as required by law or court order, but I will provide prompt written notice to TMP before any such disclosure when legally permissible.

Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy


I agree to pay the full Retreat fee at the time of registration. My registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full. If I provide written notice of cancellation more than thirty (30) calendar days before the scheduled start date of the Retreat, TMP will issue a refund of amounts paid, less a non-refundable administrative fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the total Retreat fee. If I cancel thirty (30) or fewer days before the Retreat, fail to attend, or am dismissed pursuant to Section 6 below, I understand and agree that I will not receive any refund, credit, or transfer.

Conduct Expectations


I agree to: (a) comply with all posted or communicated policies, procedures, and rules of the Retreat venue and any lodging or activity sites; (b) treat all persons with dignity and respect; (c) refrain from any harassing, discriminatory, threatening, intimidating, aggressive, or disruptive behavior; (d) abstain from possessing or using illegal drugs, weapons, or explosives; (e) refrain from attending or participating while impaired or intoxicated by alcohol or any substance; (f) follow all reasonable instructions of TMP staff and facilitators; and (g) be solely responsible for any damage I cause to property or persons. I will not make any audio or video recordings during the Retreat without the prior written consent of TMP.
